Rex Lumber Company is a full-service Accoya^® dealer able to provide all Accoya products including Accoya^®, Accoya Color^® and Tricoya^®. All Products retain their manufactures warranty & FSC® certification.

CAD’s and sample chains are available for all items in the Royal Collection.

All Royal Collection profiles are available in Accoya^®, Accoya Color^® and Tricoya^®. Stock profiles in the Royal Collection are available for quick shipment of 2 weeks or less.

In addition to the Royal Collection, we can run / match any existing profiles. Other exterior grade species are available but are custom runs and may require longer leads times.

Most species of lumber can be embossed. Stock dentil and embossed mouldings can be included in a stock moulding program, or create your own custom combination of embossed and dentil mouldings to achieve a unique, highly ornate moulding.

Dimensional Lumber StockingProgram for Retailers

Rex Lumber can create a custom dimension lumber program tailored to your customers’ needs to help you differentiate yourself from competitors and dominate local markets.

Some examples of customized programs are:

Poplar packs in 3/4 x 3-1/2″ through 3/4 x 11-1/4″ & 1-1/16 x 3-1/2″ through 1-1/16 x 11-1/4″
Other hardwood species include Red Oak, White Oak, Hard Maple, Cherry and Sapele.
Lengths from 6’ to 16’, 14-16’ subject to species availability.
Stock can be double end trimmed to whole foot.
The material is mostly clear 1 face and 2 edges.
Customer bundle sizes of 250LF, 500LF or 1000 LF.
Each bundle can be clearly tagged showing size, specie, and your UPC code.
Piece tallies can be attached to the bundles in the packing slip.
Each pile is shrink-wrapped for protection.
Options for sanding to 150 grit available on both faces and edges.
Priming and finishing options are also available.

StairTreads & Risers

If you stock and use stair treads or risers, Rex Lumber can create a stock program to meet your needs. These treads are glued-up, clear one face, color matched (no sapwood or mineral), with 3 to 6 staves per piece. The treads are sanded one face to 120 grit.

A minimum order of 60 pieces of any one size & length.

Other species including treads made from FSC® Certified lumber and reclaimed lumber are available as custom orders and can be run at random length or cut to length.

Additional Stair Tread Options

Sanding on non-stock items is available. One or both faces are available through a wide belt sander, edge sanding up to 11-1/2″ is available through the profile sander.
Treads can be mitered with either lefthand or righthand returns.
